Blackink IT Recognized as a Best Place to Work and CRN MSP 500 Pioneer

Blackink IT Has Been Named as a 2026 Best Place to Work in Indiana and Recognized Nationally on CRN's MSP 500 Pioneer 250 List
Blackink IT is proud to announce that we have been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. During our same milestone week, Blackink IT was also recognized nationally on the CRN MSP 500 List as part of the Pioneer 250, an honor that highlights managed service providers building innovative and forward-thinking IT businesses across North America.
Together, these recognitions reflect what matters most to us. Building a company where people are supported, challenged and trusted. Delivering modern, reliable IT services that help organizations move forward with confidence.

A Culture Built With Intention

The Best Places to Work in Indiana program, now in its 21st year, is a statewide initiative designed to evaluate organizations on employee satisfaction, engagement and workplace culture. Participating companies complete a rigorous two-part survey process that includes a review of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, followed by an anonymous employee survey measuring the day-to-day employee experience.
The combined results determine which organizations are recognized across the state.
For Blackink IT, this recognition validates a culture we have built intentionally. One that prioritizes trust, growth, accountability and humanity, not just productivity or perks. Culture at Blackink IT does not exist separately from the work. It shapes how teams collaborate, how leaders support development and how the company continues to evolve in a demanding, fast-moving industry.
As the Indiana Chamber of Commerce notes, the Best Places to Work program allows organizations to take the temperature of their culture and understand how it resonates with today’s workforce. We see that reflection every day in how our team collaborates, supports clients and shows up for one another.
“Being named a Best Place to Work is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our team’s feedback,” said Mary Meyer, Director of HR & Finance. “It tells us that the environment we are building is resonating and that our people feel supported, valued and empowered to do meaningful work.”

People First, Always

Our team is the reason this recognition exists. From service desk technicians to leadership, every individual at Blackink IT plays a role in shaping how we work and how we serve.
We believe great IT outcomes start with people who feel valued, heard and empowered. That belief shapes how we communicate as a team and how we grow together over time. It also drives our commitment to professional development by creating space for curiosity, creativity and new ways of thinking.
This honor requires us to keep listening, evolving, and holding ourselves to a high standard as we continue grow.

National Recognition for Innovation and Growth

In addition to our Indiana recognition, Blackink IT was named to the 2026 CRN MSP 500 List in the Pioneer 250 category. This list honors managed service providers that are driving innovation, delivering forward-looking IT solutions and building sustainable, modern MSP businesses.
The Pioneer 250 specifically recognizes MSPs focused on cloud-first strategies, security-led services and scalable solutions that meet the changing needs of today’s organizations. For us, this recognition reinforces our long-term vision. We are focused on being the right partner fororganizations that value proactive IT, strong security and a relationship-driven approach to technology.

Where Culture and Client Impact Meet

What makes these two recognitions especially meaningful is how closely they are connected. The same culture that makes Blackink IT a great place to work enables us to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for our clients.
When our team feels supported and trusted, clients benefit from stronger problem-solving, clearer communication and more strategic guidance. Culture is not separate from performance. It is the foundation of it.

What’s Next

2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana will be announced further at an awards ceremony on May 13, 2026 and published in the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice magazine following the event. We’re honored to be included among organizations across Indiana that are committed to building workplaces where people can do their best work.
As we look ahead, our focus remains the same. Continue to invest in our people. Continue to innovate for our clients. Continue to build a company that reflects our values and our belief that technology should support humans, not the other way around.
