Support Policy for non Blackink IT Align Customers                     (effective 1/15/2010) :

Remote Support $125/Hour minimum* rate billed in one hour increments. Minimum charge one hour 

On Site Support $125/Hour minimum* rate billed in one hour increments. Minimum charge two hours. 

Normal hour emergency services billed at 1.5X the normal rate

After hours outside of 9-4pm M-F billed at 2X the normal rate

*Senior engineers / principals  have a higher billing rate
