Our leadership, technical support team and customer service specialists have a collective 50 years of experience delivering outsourced IT services for small to mid-sized Indiana businesses.
- Infrastructure/Network Management Team: Our network engineers are experienced
in designing, implementing and managing networks and
technology infrastructures from the ground-up. They
provide ongoing maintenance and performance monitoring
to ensure our clients’ systems are operating optimally
at all times.
- Desktop Technical Support Team: Our technical support team provides
onsite and remote technical assistance and user
training. In addition to technical support, our
technicians are responsible for setting-up,
maintaining and upgrading our clients’ hardware and
software.
- Customer Service Team: Our responsive customer support specialists assist our clients with non-technical issues such as billing or general account inquires.
